After years working away in Australia, Japan and South Africa in a variety of positions including recruitment for an Australian organisation, Tom came back home to be near his family in the Bay of Plenty in 2006.
He joined Brian as a business partner in what was then known as Webdirectionz, a small web design business supporting clients all over New Zealand.
In 2008 Tom joined Tomahawk in Auckland as a founding member and took on the role of sales and business development manager for the company.
Having built trusting relationships with long-established clients, Tom then moved onto being a Key Account Manager for many of Tomahawk's valuable and high profile customers, taking many from start-ups to highly successful flourishing businesses.
Along with lecturing at AUT on all things digital and holding workshops all over this part of the globe he understands how to make it all fit together.
With an open, honest approach and his genuine interest in customers and their businesses, he is highly valued by his large network of contacts all over New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific.
Working with owner/operators, understanding how busy their lives are and just what is needed to make the right wheels turn for their digital business is his passion, and he brings to the table an invaluable depth of understanding about the challenges faced by this sector of the business community.
