2. Build an FAQ with schema. AI tools are question-and-answer machines. A tidy FAQ, marked up properly, feeds them exactly what they want.
3. Keep the structure clean. Clear headings, short sections, no clutter. If a person can skim it, so can a machine.
4. Get specific. Real numbers, real examples, real place names. 'We serve the Waikato' beats 'we serve a wide area'. Specifics get picked up.
5. Get talked about elsewhere. Mentions on other trusted sites tell the AI you're the real deal. Your own site can only say so much about you.

Go and ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity about your industry in your town. 'Who are the good [your service] in [your city]?' See if you show up. If you don't, that's your gap, and it's a fixable one.
