Good questions, straight answers

Do I need to write my own content?

No. You send us the basic details about your business and services. Notes or your old site work fine. We turn that into clear, polished page copy.

Is this a template?

No. The design is custom, built around your brand and your business.

Will I be able to find my site on Google?

We set your site up with proper on-page SEO, a Google Business Profile and AEO so search engines and AI tools can read it. That gives you a strong start. We don't promise a number one ranking, and anyone who does is guessing.

What if I want changes later?

You get one round of changes before launch. After that, we can make updates at our hourly rate, or set you up on a support plan.

Can I add more later?

Yes. A blog, extra pages, online booking or a store can all be added when you're ready.

How much does it cost?

The website build is $1,995 plus GST. Hosting is $59 per month plus GST, billed once a year. That covers everything listed in the package. Anything outside the package is quoted separately first.

How long until my site is live?

Usually about two weeks from when you send us everything we need. The timeframe depends on how quickly you get us your content and feedback.

Do I own the website?

Yes. Once you have paid in full, the website is yours.

What do you need from me to get started?

The basic details about your business and services, plus your logo and any brand material. Rough notes or your existing site are fine. We shape it into your page content.

Where is my website hosted?

On Webflow. We can host it in our Webflow workspace, or you can host it in your own Webflow account.

Do I need a domain name?

Yes. You need a domain name for your website to go live. If you already have one, we will point it at your new site. If you do not, we can register one for you for $59, which renews each year at the same amount.

Do you provide email hosting?

No, we do not provide email hosting. You can use a free address like Gmail, or set up business email through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or a similar provider. We are happy to point you in the right direction.
